Polyvinyl Chloride
Description
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is the most common form of vinyls, which are versatile thermoplastics which range from soft films to rigid structural forms. They are cheap to make and easy to process and offer a great deal of flexibility, impact resistance, weatherability, toughness, and gloss. Products made from vinyl compounds do not burn easily thus they can often be found in coated upholstery fabrics, flooring and areas with strict safety regulations.
